A gunman is in custody after police say he killed at least 7 people in Half Moon Bay, Calif. Monday night. Just hours later in a separate, unrelated incident, another shooting in Oakland left one person dead and seven more injured. All this in the wake of nearly a dozen people killed in Monterey Park over the weekend.
