Jokes aside, you really don't need anything fancy to build your biceps effectively.
I've said many times over the years that I think a basic standing barbell or dumbbell curl (cable is fine too) would probably be enough on its own to produce near maximal growth as long as sufficient effort and steady progression is in place, and I still think that's probably true.
I'm not necessarily saying it'd be 100% optimal, but I don't think it's too far off.
You can include a shortened position curl (such as a preacher curl, spider curl, potty curl etc.) and a lengthened positioned curl (incline dumbbell curl, facing away cable curl etc.) somewhere in your overall program to make sure all your bases are fully covered (or just for the sake of variety), and I have posted videos demonstrating those before.
Just don't get too obsessive about it or think you need some magical sequence of curling variations to perfectly isolate the long head and short head from every conceivable angle.
Progressively overload a good old fashioned standing curl using solid technique and your biceps will continue to grow bigger and stronger.
Purely anecdotal - but even in my own case back when my arms were at their peak, all I literally ever did was regular barbell curls followed by supinating dumbbell curls.
I probably could have squeezed out a bit more growth had I included some additional variety, but I doubt the difference would be too significant.
