Taliban fired celebratory gunshots in Kabul as the last of the US troops left Afghanistan a day ahead of the August 31 deadline. The gunfire reportedly continued for 45 minutes after the first announcement of the US exit with tracer rounds lighting up the Kabul sky. Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid declared that the US soldiers left the Kabul airport & the country has gained its “full independence.” Watch the video to know more.
