BURN FAT with this KNEE FRIENDLY, NO JUMPING, Low Impact Cardio workout. This workout may be low impact, but it is also heart pumping and fat burning. We will get into a fat burning mode by moving continually. This is called steady state cardio and is the best range for fat burning. No equipment needed for this all standing NO REPEAT workout. No jumping and appropriate for beginners, but no joke! Get ready to get your sweat on as we turn up the heat 🔥 and the fat burning. Perfect if you are beginning to exercise, have knee, hip, or ankle joint injury or arthritis, or need a low impact workout for runner cross training. This type of training is often referred to incorrectly as "low intensity." There is NOTHING low intensity about this workout. Join me for a few old school moves and some new moves in the aerobic style routine. Getting the heart rate into a fat burning zone is easy with these moves. We will do each move for 40 seconds.
